TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

  • I have the right to decline your commission if your request makes me uncomfortable or if I’m unable to draw it. Rude behaviour or poor communication may result in the commission being declined as well.

  • I do not draw: NSFW, discriminatory or abusive themes.

  • Please do not use my art for NFTs or to Train AIs.

  • Please provide proper references of the subject. Anything such as keywords, reference poses, backgrounds and lighting requests are helpful. I may reach out for your opinion during the process.

  • My works are for personal use, unless discussed first before the commission, the artwork may not be profited from or used for unauthorized commercial purposes (e.g. being sold as merchandise).

  • As the artist, I reserve the right to my own art. This includes publishing my work on socials (unless requested otherwise by the client), promotions, and portfolios.

  • An illustration's completion will take from 5 to 30 days, depending on complexity, though I will try to finish as soon as I can. Please tell me beforehand about commissions with a deadline so I can prioritize it.

  • Major changes are made during the sketching phase. I will send a work in progress once the sketch is done and any major changes (such as redoing the composition) can be adjusted. Minor changes afterwards are okay.

PRICING AND PAYMENT DETAILS

  • Full payment is due before the commission starts.

  • Refunds are NOT allowed past the sketch. If you aren’t satisfied once the sketch is finished, 75% of the full payment can be refunded and I will discontinue the commission. Refunds are not permitted once I've continued past the sketch.

  • I accept payment and refunds via PayPal. Unless I know you in person, then cash (CAD) is accepted.
